Help-Identifying my speakers

Hey everyone, I hooked the speakers up and they sound great.  After talking on here, I started to get curious about that old marantz in the basement and thought I would hook it up.  But on the outside it has a red sticker that says "CAUTION" "This unit has been modified for 220 V.A.C operation".  So I haven't plugged it into the wall yet.  I'm not too familiar with electrical terms but it seems that I shouldn't plug this into a regular 120 outlet....   Am I correct in this?

Yea don't just hook it up, there may be converters or something, but definitely don't just hook it up to 120v
