They do sound great with both SS and tube gear, and I'd bet in a somewhat bigger room than what I've got, or in an outdoor living area, they would really shine, and yes, they do look very cool.. It was the first time the sun has shown in 8 days. Luckily it was the day I picked up my HIP. Sadly my rear channel Forte II are going on the disabled list.
