RVtex Posted December 9, 2016 Share Posted December 9, 2016 I bought a kmc1 and I charged it fully right out of box. I got hours of play but after 2 weeks now it will not charge up? I unplugged lithium ion battery and reconnected but that did not help. It plays beautifully but it has to be plugged in? Is there any place to just buy a new battery and see if that does the trick? Scrappydue Posted December 9, 2016 Share Posted December 9, 2016 try klipsch parts. they probably sell batteries. battery could have been bad from the get go as if you bought a new model who knows how long its been sitting on a shelf somewhere and that is no good for batteries.
