AVR Cooling

Recently upgraded to a Marantz 5010. Which also resulted in taking it out of my entertainment stand and adding some cooling fans. My issue is that they are usb powered and the 5010's usb power is always on. Any thoughts on how to get them to switch on/off with the unit? Am I missing anything?

I just looked.  It seems your receiver doesn't have a switched receptacle.  You'll need a way to go from your 12v switched outlet to turn on a 120v power strip and then the converter I showed above.

Look up this on Amazon: A1c temp controller  plug the fans into it. Works great
