Jupiter stacked foil Type AA - SOLD PENDING

I'm selling my networks to fund another build.

I need a steeper slope network in my lineup, and John Warren has been kind enough to design and provide it to me. However, I have to build it and listen to it, before offering it to potential customers. Money over here isn't what it used to be, so I have to sell these so I can afford to buy the parts for the other build.

My opinion is that there is no better capacitor than stacked film.

I built these with the last of the Jupiters, and I have no doubt that I'm going to miss these very much.

All capacitors are matched to within 2%

True point-to-point; no standoffs

Wiring is tin annealed coated copper with Teflon sheathing

Wax impregnated autoformers and low pass coils built on 1" frames.

Some of my best work.

$800.00

I'm not taking offers on these. I'm fine with keeping them.

Carl, the majority of what I use is from a company called 'Consolidated Wire'. The hook up wire comes from Parts Express, and the tinned buss wire comes from Jameco. I rarely use straight copper anymore, everything is tin annealed stranded. The Belden I used for these networks has a Teflon sheathing, and I got it from Mouser (many years ago).

Just now, jimjimbo said:

Don't worry Dean, it's a joke that's born from another thread.  I'm sure these (beautiful) networks sound much better than a slab of marble......

It looks like you may have missed the joke that Dean was making as well.  ;)

It's part of that subtle dry mid-west humor.  B)
