Klipsch "E" mail Advertisements

For the last couple of weeks the Klipsch "E" mail advertisements have been locking up (freezing) my Outlook Express in my Windows 7 32 bit computer. What is the problem? I get over 30 advertisements per day and Klipsch is the only one with any problems.

Further experimentation revealed that whatever is in the Klipsch "E" mails is in direct conflict with the Outlook Express reading pane. If the reading pane is off there is no problem but I always have the reading pane on and consequently the Klipsch "E" mails lock up my computer.

I am also having the same email problem with Outlook 2007, 64 bit, on Windows 7.  The reading pane locks up Outlook and I have to end the task to exit.

The latest email is:

from: news=klipsch.com@reply.bronto.com; on behalf of; Klipsch Audio [news@klipsch.com]

subject: FREE SUB WITH SPEAKER PAIR | Let Freedom Rock

thanks for looking into this.

  • 2 weeks later...

This mornings Klipsch "E" mail advertisement contains a permanent change to a werui.DLL file that Windows 10 32 bit says it cannot do anything with and shuts down/freezes Microsoft Outlook. I am presently restoring Windows 10 to get the file out of Outlook Express. Windows 10 cannot restore at this time. I also have unsubscribed from E mails. Sounds like there are some new people creating code that do not know what is going on.
