Recorded over a few performances in London and Washington during 1977

I am expecting visitors tomorrow and he is a big Joe Bonassama fan. Lucky I have a few albums on the Bluesound Node

I am cleaning up the house and listening to an easy album just to keep me in rhythm

With the ocassional stop to dance with the wife

Atrist - The Pasadena Roof Orchestra

Title - Isn't It Romantic

I know it's late local time ( early in the US ) but I wanted to post something out of left field

But earlier in the week I picked up this LP at the thrift shop when I dropped off a donation

The title had me intrigued and the LP is in mint condition ( cover not so good )

Listening to it was an education

Album and Title - Music Of The Jewish People

Primarily its hymns from the synagogue

And im not Jewish

The Chicago White Sox and local radio DJ Steve Dahl team up for a promotional event: blowing up a crate of disco records in between games of a doubleheader. Thousands of fans—who got in for 98 cents if they brought a record to be destroyed—trash the field. The team is forced to postpone, and eventually forfeit, the second game.

I remember that.  Rockers hated disco, and only the Rolling Stones of all people (rockers that is) had the guts to do a disco style tune called Miss You, from the Some Girls lp, a definite classic and one of their better albums. (released1978)
