DGM’s tribute to the mighty bass guitarist that was John Wetton.  Recorded in the run-up to Exposure Fripp, Wetton and Collins make such a mighty roar together on this audio snapshot. With the famous Wetton crunching bass well to the fore and Phil Collins’ agile work around the kit, this is easily the best jazz-rock power trio that never quite existed. Hearing these three world-class players adapting to each other as the notes and ideas hurtle past their ears is both a pleasure and a privilege.

I stand corrected....

 http://forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/messages-in-the-deadwax.92671/

On some pressings of Robert Fripp's "God Save The Queen / Under Heavy Manners," the dead wax had MUSIC IS THE CUP WHICH HOLDS THE WINE OF SILENCE on one side and ART IS THE CAPACITY TO REEXPERIENCE ONE'S INNOCENCE on the other. On other pressings of the same album, one would find NEW MUSIC IS NOT A STYLE, IT IS A QUALITY on one side and ALL SUCCUMBS TO THE FACE OF PERSISTENCE on the other.

Robert Fripp's League of Gentlemen album has THE NEXT STEP IS DISCIPLINE

Some copies of Robert Fripp's "Exposure" have 1981 - IS THE YEAR OF THE FRIPP on one side and THE AIM IS FREEDOM CONSCIENCE AND TRUTH on the other.

OK I had a look at it with a magnifying glass

They made a type O of the ID numbers - then scratched them out making it look like a signature

No other secret message other than the ID numbers

Edit

Also had a look at my Exposure album and also nothing

Probably because it is an Australian pressing ?
