billybob
Been playing with my Akai RTR. If I keep it, will put some vinyl on it. Like most Sunday evenings will be listening to Michael Barone on my local radio playing Pipe Dreams. Various works by differing artists on famous organs throughout the country. 2 hour show... Will try to pickup the station here with my wireless...; )

Guest wdecho
Scored this one on Ebay in almost mint if not mint condition. My parents R & R equivalent in the 40's and 50's. Old country songs tell a story as Ray Charles use to say.
Guest wdecho
I was raised and worked in Montgomery, Alabama most of my adult life and meet many people that knew, or at least claimed to know, Hank Williams. If anyone is interested I can pass on some of the gossip I heard over the years. One reliable source, the driver of his car the day he died, told me he died of heroin overdose in the back seat of the car. Probably with the needle still in his arm. Back then those facts were not reported by the press. It was rumored during his divorce that Audrey said she could not live with someone that would shoot at her with a gun. Hanks response was he was not going to live with a woman he had to shoot at. Just some of the stories I heard. Hanks life was like the many rock stars of today. Sex, drugs and R & R, let's replace R & R with just music.
