Anyway, decided to play a record that I have NOT heard since probably when I bought it new back in 1977!!! We covered many tunes from the group in my early 80ies rock band. A few from this album actually... Here is the cover, glass of vino and Christmas deco here in Longfellow Music Hall..............🍷 Rear cover art........... 2

Dave1290
Hadn't heard this in such a long time... Local buds w/a one-hit wonder but they really didn't sound too bad. Several have passed including Jamie on lead vocals. Just heard it used n a commercial the other day and laffed! Back to 1966 for this one!
Dave1290
"Open Fire" is a 78 release and Ronnie Montrose's only all instrumental LP... No Sammy wasn't sangin for him but Edgar Winter did an excellent job producing it. Actually, a very nice, relaxing, to a point, yet tight, musical LP with direction... 1

Think that was the first Frank Zappa album I purchased then I added more 😈 Now the back story is that in my youth I lived in the suburb of Glendale at the time If you know the album you will know that Glendale is featured in the narrative
Full Range
This album is an oldie but a goodie Yes a very good album to lift one’s mood up ( if required) Artist - Herbie Hancock Title - Headhunters Columbia US pressing from 1973 ID — KC 32731 Extra info This version is the Pitman pressing variation and can be identified by the arrangement of and the typesetting on the labels and by the runout groove etchings.
