billybob
Don't make me show my Tom Jones...speaking of which, it came on at 8:00 pm on a channel Friday in Orlando, 1969. Tom had all kinds of talent including the act...Arthur Brown...you remember " IAM THE GOD OF HELLFIRE" THE ACT CONSISTED OF Arthur SWINGING LIKE A PENDULUM ACROSS THE STAGE WITH HIS HEAD...ON FIRE...just to land on stage...Unreal. Baby here I am, I'm a man that's on the scene, I can give you what you want, but, you gotta come back home with me...what a man. Saw it at a tender age. Nice rendition in 2007. Here should be the Brown video albeit not the Tom Jones show where it was spectacular:

Full Range
Another treat on a balmy Sunday evening of great jazz This album gives me goosebumps in a great way I have read it was recorded in 3 days in 1960 The only description I can give this album is “;effortless and mesmerising” With only two extended tracks per side - and as the title suggests the first track is called My Favorite Things as per the movie The Sound Of Music - But way way better It’s another must listen to album Artist - John Coltrane Title - My Favorite Things
