It’s a bit of a U Turn in genre

From Dixieland to Synthelectronic

I must have purchased this album as part of a bulk lot and this is the first time I have played it

Godley & Creme ‎

 Birds Of Prey

Both artists were keyboardist & drummer for 10 CC

I don’t mind a good bit of Latin brass every now and then

It’s catchy that’s for sure

Artist - The Fiesta Brass ‎

 Title - Viva Tijuana

The cover on Discogs has a bikini girl but I can’t find my cover version even though it’s the same catalog number

I like what you are saying or planing to spin

Prog rock on 🤘

not spinning anything tonight ... battle an Asthma flare-up and it had just sucked all motivation out of me.

If you've not heard Mostly Autumn give them a whirl ... they're the newest of the ones that I listed and some of their stuff is very good,.

I was actually listening to Carpe Diem while you were posting 🤘

The guitar work sounds a lot like David Gilmore

what I coincidence -- you're the only other forum member that I know of that listens to them.  I really like them.  I love Ghost Moon Orchestra.  Both of the female singers they have had have beautiful haunting voices.

The lead guitarist sounds a little like David Gilmore

And the female singer reminds me of Renaissance

Thanks guys. It is a Clearaudio Champion II table with an SME 309 arm and Benz Micro cartridge. The little name placard was a gift from a friend, who owns a CNC machine.

Forgot that I had this album but I’m sure it was given to me by a next door neighbour ( as I can’t remember buying it )

It’s probably this artists top 3 selling albums and I think was released when he went to live in America from England

He is still preforming in his mid 70s

Early career was with Jeff Beck and The Faces

Artist - Rod Stewart

The Dj played these guys a while back.

After listening I couldn't resist, got the purple mixed LP, then the little green one and now the yellow one wound up on my front porch a little while ago. Me and my one shot are taking it for a spin and whoo hoo it's fun!

If you listen to "Mr. Wright" Which John Lennon song does it sound like?

Sean has a lot of his music in him!

Short LP, lots of music, now I know why the price was low.

I now follow your tradition in this thread with the illumination of the record on the turntable and integration with cover. It's nicer than just showing the cover of the record you just heard.

I now have a few days to finally be able to listen to music in peace. I still have vacation entitlement from 2019. In Germany you have to take your remaining vacation until the end of March of the following year, which is legally required.Tangerine Dream ... my favorite album is "FORCE MAJEURE". I even have the Clear Cut version
