Vinyl - Record Spinning

Full Range

Recommended Posts

Must be the water!  I ALMOST pulled the Beck lp out for my second spin...  I was close though!  Hope the neighbors are enjoying...  😂

One great "Guitar Boogie" from Beck, Clapton & Page released in '71.  Some down home classic blues rock from some greats right here.

Although I use a vacuum RCM - I purchased a new Ultrasonic record cleaner for ultimate cleaning

So the records get a 30 minute ultrasonic clean followed by a vacuum dry

Then the first record to be played after the clean was from a 1967 release

Artist - Jimi Hendrix Experience

Title - Are You Experienced

Cool! That is excellent @Full Range

With all the vinyl you have it will take a year;) I didn't have mine agitate for that long and the results were still outstanding for me.

Six months later LPs I pulled out to play were thoroughly devoid of any static. The sheen afterwards?... yea that's nice. It was the erasure of the surface noise on the high mileage vinyl that was my favorite result from the process. & the better than new vinyl will extend the life of your stylus.

I cleaned in my "office" then rinsed at the kitchen sink and had some good ones playing in the background. It took me months of thirty + hours a week to get it done.

How does one follow up such a great record

With an equally good or better record

Another classic album - think in my youth I have sung the title song a couple of thousand times

Artist - The Eagles

Title - Hotel California

Believe it or not - it’s the only Eagles record in the collection

That one Eagles record.

No other LP can take me back to my teenage years more easily, the music in the background would have been from it.

The djs did wear it out in two years flat!
