No way, I needed once again an online break. I am also still in the German-speaking forum  online also. That is then sometimes just all too much for me. In addition, I had to finish cable orders again and had spent a lot of time in my free time listening to music, mainly the now modified Marantz SACD player, which now clearly plays better than ever before. It's a hell of a machine, I'm thrilled.

Some of my cables in new designs, done this week ...

you and I think alike.  I've had my share of encounters with rattlers ... mostly Mojave Greens. I've eaten rattlesnake too.

Chicken

Or did they upgrade the simulator software for Rattler ?

Kangaroo and Alligator are definitely not chicken.

Haven't made it to snakes and bugs yet.......

Can't wait for the roach burgers they want to feed us.

Never had kangaroo.  Alligator, Frog legs, quail, buffalo, rattlesnake, deer, elk, ostrich, dove, rabbit ... who knows what else.

My brother and I used to get together for Exotic Meat Day.

But, you won't catch me eating no Taco Bell.

My brother in law has this album (and a couple of others), original 1970s pressions, on vinyl too. I have CDs only.

I'm soooo jealous of this!

This album is a solo release for the bass guitarist of Deep Purple

Symphonic Prog rock at its best

Beautifully structured and a story of the 4 earth elements, and its a great listen

I recommend to all a listen if you can manage it

Artist - Roger Glover

How about smoked crickets for an appetizer? Not that uncommon in Baja. Once you get over realizing the legs are still attached, they are not bad.

Glad they leave the legs attached. Like to know what I'm eating...

Listening to the CD while ironing (!), and it drives my dog crazy when 'Seamus' is playing. 🐕

I'm a dog person now!

Cats!  Yea, you all know the story...  Too old for animals but I sure love that lil dawg the youngest has.  Hadn't seen her in 5 years, youngest said she'd never remember me.  WRONG!  That lil thing was ALL over me and by my side the entire time I was in Phoenix.  Best dawg EVER!  i had the couch and she was beside me every nite.  Youngest called her a traitor!  Only down side was I'd wake up every morning with her butt about 6 inches from my face.  hahaha

@Full Rangethat is one FANTASTIC album and I'm now on a quest!  I'm on youtube and it's insanely good!  Thanks!

Purchased a new 40+ year old recapped Sansui AU717 amp, and it arrived a couple of days ago

Next day I gave it a light dust and clean ( it was already clean ) inside and rejuvenated the faceplate

NOTE - I also purchased the companion tuner TU717

Here are some amplifier porn photos 😎
