Another good essay this morning GW.

Super shot of the rug reflections on the front of the B&O rig

Thanks so much John!  Wow, did not notice that until you pointed it out.  Looks like a textured bunch of front panels .   I believe I will be back later this evening posting from Music Hall...... a few of us will be on our usual RTM forum for 'Free Style Friday' night.   Later my friends.....

Anyone collect 12" singles?  I actually prefer them because I usually don't listen to all the songs on an album!  (Plus they remind me of the good ole days when I was tearing up the wheels of steel as a mobile and club DJ!

The only 12'' I have is disco, but I dare not post them here.🤪

I have only one, a rocker with Meatloaf !  It is a 45 RPM LP, one tune on each side.  Found it sealed a long time back in a thrift store.

I have some U2 12'' singles from their Rattle and Hum period. I bought them when I visited London as a student, in 1988 I think, or was it 1989?

I have about two crates remaining of 12” albums I couldn’t part with during the last purge. They don’t get much play on the hi-fi since, like you, they were from another life when I was djing. Those tracks made it over to CD and now reside on the network server. I can’t get rid of them though…someday I’ll bust out the 1200s and give ‘em a spin.

I KNEW you were like the rest of us Meloone.  Unzippin, spinnin and smiling.  Yes Sir, sliding down in the rabbit hole.   Ya got one in on us though Mr Camel Jockey.  So there's that!  :)

Hi @MeloManiac

For these two artists, try to find these two great albums:

You will make two superb trips: the first will take you to the American West of the time of the cowboys and the second will make you visit the streets and the lively bars of Tijuana in Mexico: a change of scenery guaranteed
