I do not know if I will be happy. I have a MC out of my Pick Up collection. The Benz Micro Gold and connected it with my MC transistor phono preamplifier. I had heard the MI's of Grado and Osawa for months at the tube phono stage. I have to admit that at the moment I am not convinced about the sound. Well, the Benz Micro MC hasn't played for about 2 years and needs a new Burn In. But it is interesting to note that when I last heard it, my RF7MK II was not completely modyfied. So I have to "sort" this comparison again. I'll see if I don't like it any more and take my Audio Technica AT20 SLA with Shibata needle cut. But first of all I will hear how the Benz is developing.

Hello folks, it's been a matinee kind of autumn day here since the late morning when my serenity and yea some sadness going through stuff was rudely interrupted by three barking rodents. They were incessantly barking at my open windows for `bout thirty minutes then I unleashed Klipsch on them

Moved to the records an hour ago. First the fantastic older covers, now the original work by the new wave Beatles-like:

I have to admit, the Benz Micro Gold keeps opening, especially on Queen's debut album (1973) the Benz Micro is doing really well. Slowly it starts to be fun. I can't remember hearing it so well 2 years ago. It is probably mainly due to the completely  RF7 MK II moddys.

Yep Haynes can do a lot with his voice. They talk about the fat lady singing?

This big man can DO IT too!

The name "Gov't Mule" comes from the Mississippi slang expression for a big, fat butt .....hoserunter.gif.gif

Gov't Mule is an American rock band founded in 1994 by guitarist and vocalist Warren Haynes and bassist Allen Woody (both members of the Allman Brothers Band) and drummer Matt Abts (formerly with the Dickey Betts Band, among others). They have already published a good 20 studio albums. Had never heard of the band before. I have to deal with that. Thanks for the tip

@dirtmudd  I´ll know that Bonamassa was born in Utica, New York, born may 8th in 1977.  One of the most overrated guitarists . He is a marketing genius who knows how to place the product "Bonamassa" in the best possible way in the worldwide music market. He is not for nothing a millionaire for years. I mean ...He can already play guitar but he produces  too many records. It then becomes arbitrary at some point .   I think he is only really good with his band Black Country Communion. YMTC ......That you´ll live in NY , I´ll know since a couple of month, haven´t forgotten that . Do you already use the motorized snow shovel in NY ?

@JohnJ  Wondering the whole time why do you have a Furman Power Voltage Regulator in use, except using it for the record presentation.Had always asked me what the long extensions of the device were.  If you have strong power fluctuations, the integration of this module has a positive effect on the sound reproduction ?
