I would know if you can give me a hand with a little issue. I have the xli3500, and it blowed up. I was able to get all the transistor (NJW0302, NJW0281, MJE15032, MJE15033) but it was impossible to get the mosfet AOT472. I can get the mosfet IRF1607, that is appropiate on Pd, Rds, VGS, VDS, but i don't know if it's good enough in capacitance and this other parameters related to the conmutation. What do you think?
