mctweed
I just got the Klipsch Pro-media 2.1BT and the Bluetooth won't connect. When I go to connect to the device is says Connected then it just says paired a couple of seconds later. I am also running windows 10. Ole Dollar
@mctweed welcome to the forum. Your best bet is to call tech support - their information is on the Klipsch website.
cmeride79
I've been running my Klipsch 2.1 system with two different Windows 10 laptops - wirelessly/via Bluetooth - and another older Vista laptop via plug/wired connection. I've been switching back and forth between the two Windows 10 laptops as needed, and then easily disconnect the media from them to switch to the Vista laptop whenever needed. It was ALL working just fine … for well over a year … until today. Just this afternoon, for some reason, neither Windows 10 machine will run the Klipsch - even when you can see the blue "connected" light on the Klipsch control box and the machines report that the audio system is connected and 'working'. All I can assume is that the Klipsch Bluetooth is no longer actively really capturing the Bluetooth signals, even though the machines are reporting that it is. Of course it still works with the older, hard wired Vista laptop because it has a direct plug in; so that works fine. Just the Bluetooth issue. Just thought I'd report the issue here as I noticed it was a common topic of interest .. and for me, frustration. I cannot LIVE without that system … I cannot BREATHE without quality audio, so am stifled until I find a fix. Thanks for listening.
