provolone is nowhere near the best Italian cheese, get something else.

If ya stick it next to a nice pecorino Romano or a well made asiago then it is very close to the best.

Try this:  small cubes of watermelon, very thin slices of red onion, coarse chopped fresh mint, pinch of salt, very small pinch of black pepper.  mix together.  Surprise.

That is some really tasty stuff. Make a bunch of it for the Pilgrimage next year, it might be as popular as the green beans

I told them to substitute a couple sticks of pepperoni.  This first order is just to see how good their stuff is and how well it ships.  I'll drill down into some other things if this goes well.

That wasn't very nice. ; )

I tried getting a 2 pounder and they were out of stock.  The one pounders showed to be in stock and it let me order and pay for it.  I could just taste it.  20 minutes later they emailed me with the bad news.

That bottle is way too small.  I have to buy it in the gallon can.

You don't use the Falconero like you use "normal" olive oil....it's sort of special occasion oil.  Trust me, you'll know once you try it.

The Claudio Unfiltered is also excellent, and they do sell it by the 3L can.
