Thaddeus Smith
Did you buy those crossovers from @Schu (who in turn bought from me)? If so, those are B2 networks with jupiter caps, wax impregnated autoformer on a 1" frame, and very very lovely.
Schu
I dont see a single thing wrong with those speakers... quite lovely. with those upgrades worth every penny
jjptkd
Beautiful speakers! Looks like the dust caps on the woofers are shiny for some reason? Any way, good luck with the sale!
mkane
Dust caps are shiny because theres a ping pong ball hanging by a piece of thread in front of the dust cap. And yes, bought them from Schu.
Thaddeus Smith
They're b2 and not AA networks then. One of the last sets built by Dean with Jupiter flat stacks before supply ran dry, and some of the first pairs built with the wax impregnated autoformers on the larger frame. Excellent build and value with this speaker package. Good luck with the sale!

Could someone enlighten me as to the purpose of the ping pong ball, or is it strictly for entertainment value?
mkane
Turned out to be EV. It was a misinterpretation of a modification.

(by the way, goes without saying, but those are beautiful cabinets) EDIT: Ok, this is all good fun, and all... but if I became aware of anyone with the intent to place a physical object in the excursion path of one of my Klipsch drivers (read: obstruction of justice) I would have to invoke the Castle Doctrine.
