He had a Liver transplant, just like Jack Bruce, a few years ago..............paying the piper from all the hard booze and whatever else. Both left us with a legacy of great music however. I guess when I visit my mom in Macon in July I will have to take a detour over to Rose Hill Cemetery. I wonder if they will carve a Hammond organ on his grave stone?
