stulouandsatori
Hi, Were the Image X10 ever released with a straight plug connector? I have a pair that I purchased around a year ago from Amazon UK that sound just like my previous X10i's but the packaging was different. I didn't think anything of it at the time as the sound was, and still is, what I expected. However, I read recently in an online article reviewing the X10 vs the X11 that mentioned the X10 having a curved plug as opposed to the X11 having a straight plug. After subsequent online checking, I can't seem to find any examples of the X10 having a straight plug and I'm concerned that mine may be counterfeit. (If they are, they sound amazing) The pair that I currently have came with a soft case, replacement tips and the box has a serial number sticker. However the verification page is currently down so I can't check. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated Kindest regards, Stuart
Schu
There is an online archive for checking validity of a product using the serial number. Search the Klipsch.com website
