Dannyjr0524 Posted June 15, 2017 Share Posted June 15, 2017 When I first got the RSB-11 it worked great, would turn on and off the correct way the controller would work fine. Now any time I turn on my tv, the sound bar will show it's on but no sound will work and my remote wont' work either. I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work. This is rather annoying, if your going to spend $500 on a sound bar you would think it would work all the time. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
JohnA Posted June 16, 2017 Share Posted June 16, 2017 Welcome! I don't have sound bars and don't know why yours is misbehaving. Have you called your retailer?
