teaman Posted June 29, 2017 Share Posted June 29, 2017 I have some 2.2's with a KLF-C7 and KG-4's in a 5.1 and the 2.2's do a nice job in surround duty. T2K Posted June 30, 2017 Share Posted June 30, 2017 I used a pair on lead shot filled stands 8 feet apart toed-in to listening position putting tweeter close to ear level with an SW12II sub and a tube amp years ago. I had many others I swapped in and out of storage. I thought many times while listening, why would anyone want anything more for 2-channel. Some may laugh at that but they probably haven't head the setup. I had Chorus II and Chorus, 2 pair NIB beautiful walnut KT-LCR (larger horn) in rotation to. Nice budget speakers. I have 4 of the KG 2.5 woofers that I was about to toss out because of coil scrape. They can be repaired. Make sure everything works. Parts may be hard to find.
