What gives you "Goosebumps"?

Many varied things have given me goosebumps, but the time my wife and I traveled to Atlanta where she became a U.S. citizen was a very special one. Amazing for the over 150 or so folks from all over the world who would go through all it takes to move here and become citizens. Over 35 THOUSAND per year in the state of Georgia alone. Even as messed up as our country seems at times, I don't hear of other countries having those kinds of immigration numbers. Simply amazing!

Goosebumps?

Listen to David McCullough read from his own book, 1776, the story of men slogging the Gun [Goosebumps happening right now, just thinking... happened again]

Anyway, listen to him read the account of the men slogging the Guns of Ticonderoga to their destination [bumps again]

[more bumps... ]

This stuff should be taught in grade school; then again in middle school; and high school. There should be a friggin' national holiday for this.

The Guns of [bumps] Ticonderoga
