thisgsx
I have a pair of rp-280f for fronts and a rp-450c for center. The rp-450c imo is NOT voice matched to the rp280s. It sounds way too small. I'm wondering if the rb-81ii would be a better match? Thoughts? Sent from my LG-LS997 using Tapatalk
teaman
Personally I would seek out a RC-7. Dual 8 inch copper woofers and it should be pretty much matched to your RF's. They are expensive though.
thisgsx
Yes they are that's why I'm looking at the rb-81ii. I'll test it out this weekend and see how it sounds. Sent from my LG-LS997 using Tapatalk
derrickdj1
The RP line should all be closely voice matched. The share the same type of tweeter and horn. What are the speaker settings? What avr are you using? Proper setup may be the problem. Getting a different center speaker as a first move is the wrong thing to do IMHO.

Experiment with settings(tone control, crossover, volume) before throwing in the towel. Bill
