I was in the vintage stereo shop to fix up my Yamaha CA-800 (which really is amazing when set to Class A) when I had a chance to listen to a customer's freshly refurbished, Pioneer SX-1250. I was blown away, I thought to myself-this is what I remember. Go home last night, look on Craigslist and this morning am the proud second owner of a pristine version of same, complete with owners manual and schematics. Of course this means I'm in the market for yet another set of Klipsch to hook them to. It never ends-but that's a good thing, at least in my mind.
