I wanted one for years, and finally a local photo shop had one that was sitting on the shelf for 15 years. Has some mileage (86000 actuations). I am a many years Nikon user, so I have a few lenses piled up. This lens on the camera is just an old no-name lens that I used to close the lens mount for collecting dust. parlophone1 Posted June 23, 2021 Share Posted June 23, 2021 I agree. This one was serviced by authorised Nikon service from day 1. I lusted for one as soon as I layed my hands on one years ago. It is a pleasure only to hold it. As far as functionality, my D750 meters and focuses better in the dark. But F5 is not far behind. Since I love analog photography, this one will be a pleasure to use. Being carefull with my choice of lenses, it might see a few trips with me.
