2 channel amplifier ?

No

Bridging means having both left and right outputs combine to increase the wattage output therefore making a more powerful single, mono amp. This would be selected on the amp.

So you can't hook it up + on the left and -on the right like a car amp ?

so you are going for mono, not stereo? or are you using two of these critters?

Well, I didn't sleep in a Holiday Inn express last night but I would think that this would depend on the topography of the amp in question. More learned folks on the tube buld might stop by soon.

BTW, how are you using this and with what speaker? Give us an idea of the setup.

Do you no how the wires are getting hooked up to do it ?

You typically use the positive of one channel and the negative of the other but a lot of amps require you to toggle a "Bridge" Switch on the back of the amp.

If you look at teaman's Emotiva XPA-2, you will see what I mean.

Zach, I think I see what you are thinking.  You want to take the speaker wires from both the L and R and connect them to a single speaker trying to turn 25 wpc stereo into 50 wpc mono.  With your particular amp, the answer is "no," it doesn't work that way.

The only way you can bridge your amp is if your manual specifically tells you that you can and gives you instructions on how to do that.
