they look pristine, why would you think of selling? they must sound incredible, I have jupiter ht beeswax caps in my dac & the improvement was nothing short of amazing

They are not pristine they have a couple spots the veneer is damaged and one grille has a spot wearing through it , but I'm pretty picky and I'm happy with the condition .

I have a nice chunk in upgrades , Cardas binding posts and Jupiter caps plus the org purchase price . If I decided to sell them I would take 1500.00 otherwise it makes no sense to sell them

that's why I still have mine... it makes no sense in selling something that sounds so good.

they happen to be just fine for rear channel duty for now, even though they are behemoths.

You could make most of that almost disappear.  Try those wood stain (touch up) markers on the small scratches and for the slightly bigger stuff try the blend-fill pencils you can get at Lowes or other such place.  They have enough choices you can probably match very close.  I'd say to err on the side of slightly darker fill... not lighter.

imho

I want these. The only Klipsch speaker that does it for me, are CW II's. I have heard these in 2 different systems, both sets were stock. Knocked my head off, as I was not expecting them to sound so un-honky. Just clean, clear, dynamic music. I can only imagine how these sound with the nice parts in them.

This post inspired me. I just swapped out those facacta terminal strip input on my CWIIs for a nice set of Cardas 5 ways.

Why didn't I do this years ago? 91a7d84c04c466e7640af88c3e918b33.jpg394e9d5f5dccc2a5d96405bf9cab2616.jpg
