Klipsch synergy sub 10 subwoofer

I still utilize one in my 2.1 system in my office at work. It's certainly not the greatest performer, but for the $100 I paid for it from Newegg is does a nice job. Plus I always liked the design styling of the synergy subs which mates well with my Klipsch XB-10s.

As far as how it will perform with your RP series depends mostly on the size of your room. But I can guarantee that it would be in your best interest to save/budget for an upgrade down the line as it will certainly be the weakest link in your system.

I have a really nice 100 watt SW- 12in. for sale if your interested.
I have 2 other 300 watt 12hg's that compliment my RF3 & RC3-sII's very nicely.
I don't see anything wrong with the Klipsch Synergy subwoofer line except they are not the most attractive things.

the only real issue with the smaller subs is they don't play down very low, say 30 or even 35 some of the smaller ones

since many RP full size speakers can play that low, there isn't a huge benefit except for being able to place the subwoofer somewhere else

it does take the load off the bottom end of the speakers though and that can be a plus for higher volumes

so nothing wrong with it but nothing all that special either
