new house setup

Long time stalker here and not to many posts.

 

Looking for some  help placement on my back speakers. I am going to buy either  klipsch rp-140sa or svs prime elevation

i don't know if i should put these in the corner or by the door entry into the kitchen. 6 feet up . 20 x 15 room and 8 foot ceilings.

I hope you do not take this the wrong way. I really think your room needs some professional help, or you need to do some room layout research. It looks pretty dull with  furniture lining all the walls, and that TV screen is too small for the distances.

Once you get the room laid out, you can start pulling wiring. Until then, I wouldn't dare set those rears.

 

The TV should be in a place where you don't see reflection of the window behind you. It might be as simple as turning the TV a bit if you are on a wall or in a space opposite the windows.
