ATMOS floor speakers

I listened to both the 26 and 28 at Best Buy and liked the sound from the 28 better. 

 

My receiver supports ATMOS so I looked into Klipsch 280-FA. It is kindof high priced for me. I just discovered the 26-FA.

since I preferred the 28 over the 26, I would be more interested in a 28-FA.

is there going to be one?

I have no experience with Atmos so take this for what it is worth.

I can understand you liking the larger speaker better but a demo in BB's huge room(apprx. 80,000ft3) is not a good indicator of how a speaker will sound in your room(apprx. +/- 3000ft3) at your own home.

If you like the RP-280FA, then explore other buying options like @MetropolisLakeOutfitters to see what kind of price he can offer.

Funny, I did not know Klipsch produced this speaker.  Must have just been introduced.

That is a question that you will have to as Klipsch or maybe @MetropolisLakeOutfitters if he is privy to this info.

I doubt there will be one.  These integrated Atmos speakers don't have the volume to justify several models in my opinion.  I would shoot for the RP-280FA if at all possible.
