Gronk was hit hard helmet-to-helmet right in his ear hole, and it was intentional. The guy delivering the hit should be tossed, at least for the game. In that sense, yes, but it's a big game, and you can only expect that there will be a bias toward letting him play. Otherwise, how suspicious is it if they keep him out?
