Moderators dtel Posted December 8, 2017 Moderators Share Posted December 8, 2017 It would never snow enough here to use it, but it would be fun. I knew they had a messed up advertising schedule on the radio the other day, they were talking about big sales on snowblowers, someone messed up.

Moderators dtel Posted December 8, 2017 Moderators Share Posted December 8, 2017 Just to give all the Northerners a good laugh, they closed schools and telling people not to drive and put sand on bridges, for this. Back yard pic, grass was still green. 2
richieb
^^^^^ This doesn't surprise me as we, KC, can and do get some big snow fall but when the alarmist weather readers predict 6-8inches of snow and we get a dusting the road crews have put down more salt/sand than what fell from the sky. And this happen more often than you would think. Has to be costly for surrounding cities, materials and hourly workers, but that's why I pay high sales/property taxes. Maybe I should start sending my tax bills to the blow-hards at the TV stations!?
