I'd prefer to keep the Heresy II's, but either way, I'm keeping one pair.

Got some KG4.2's ... from CraigsList (in a parking lot) from a "hip-hop" guy :( After I got them home it turned out they were "blown." Goodbye $300 :( Live and learn.  But ... do have KG5.2's which I use as rears in my 7.1 surround system. Very, very good, but not up to par to the classic Klipsch "heritage" speakers. Not even close to my Cornwall's ... not close to my Forte's and not comparable to my (cheaper) KG4's. Keep the Heresy's!

Cheers, Emile

Sorry you got hosed on the 4.2's. :(

The reason I want to keep the Heresy's is, during the process of seeking a lower end for them, I hooked up a kg subwoofer to the pair, and absolutely love the result, and prefer it over the kg 4.2's even though they best my Heresy's on paper and sound just fine. Thanks for the advice, and here's hoping someone buys my kg 4.2's first!
