Positioning RP-280F

Hello, I introduce myself, I am Sébastien, and I am French.
Since 1 year, I have the happy owner of a pack KLIPSCH R-28F + R-25C + RP-140sa + R14S + R-112SW
I just bought a pair of RP-280F, and an RP-450C, to replace my scene before.
Unfortunately, my living room is not a dedicated room, and only 15M2.
The advantage I had with the R-28F is that the EVENT was in the front, so that I could stick my columns against the wall.
Today, with the RP-280F, the EVENT is at the rear, which complicates positioning.
Can you tell me if 20cm with a small pinch of the column can be enough to make the RP-280F work properly.
I apologize in advance for the translation, I do not speak English, and it's GOOGLE that works for me.

I want to talk about the rear part of the columns RP-280F, and yes 20cm correspond to 8 ".
Thanks for the precision.

The rear part of your speaker or columns as you call them are "ports"

20 cm from the wall should be fine.

Hello everyone, I get my RP-280F last Saturday, and even if they are still running,
I am already very satisfied with my purchase.
I was able to position them at 29cm from the back wall, and the sound is impeccable.
I must receive the RP-450C on Wednesday, I hope it will give me the same satisfaction.
