jwc
Like to see more. How will you do the crossover?
CECAA850
You need a jasper jig.
wvu80
Did you brace the box? It's going to need it. Maybe a couple of 1x3 solid wood braces (not MDF) to be fit between the woofers and the CD. You are also going to need a bracket of some kind or a shelf to support that monster compression driver. I'm sure it weighs at least 25 pounds. It will snap that plastic horn immediately if you don't. I don't understand how you will bi-amp the center unless you are going to an active crossover. Do you mean bi-wire? Most AVR's only support a single output.
avguytx
There's passive crossover bi-amp, too. It's where you use a passive crossover network that allows for it (like Klipsch AB-2, AL-2, AK-2., etc) or 2 separate passive networks internally. Bracing will be installed a little later. That big driver is going to get plenty of support don't want it breaking my 510 . Hope it warms up some this weekend like they are saying, want to get this finished and start on my pretty up project for the 402's.

efzauner
Kool I have KLF10 bits to make a center as well. but those dual 10" seem a bit big. even if in a sealed cabinet.. I also have KG4 tweeter (K74) and some Eminence Alpha 8A.
