See Jeff. Reliable go-to information sources are cleaning up their act. No Government interference AND great information at our fingertips. Those Conspiracy minded folks are going to have to use the Google

The interesting thing is that one day, on some matter or issue, there will be a conspiracy theory which is mocked and shunned in the manner above, but it will turn on to be right.  Then, we'll all be asking if it's still right to shun them like that.

Unsubstantiated conspiracy theories can/will still be broadcasted. FoxNews pushed "Benghazi while no one else picked it up and they are still in business. Fwiw, just because YouTube won't be pushing them it doesn't mean there won't be other avenues for conspiracy theorist to shop their wares....Getting back to your National Enquirer analogy, folks can print conspiracy crap right up until they start breaking laws and when that happens I hope they throw the book at them and expose the corruption. That's my take.

It's amazing how similar the comic above mirrors National Socialist German Workers Party propaganda from the 1930s--Thanks for sharing comrade. I hope the lesson you gleaned from my comment was  don't be swayed by your media because if you do you will suffer the fate of the guy caring what dueling devils think. Btw, glad to see you are still healthy enough to post and hope things are going well you Gilbert!

They're not just in business, they dominate. At least they are not totally 24/7 hate news. SECURITY PRIVACY IMPORTANT ! Opinions on left/ right prolly not gonna get us anywhere but in disagreement. We all agree on so much more than we disagree on.

hate

I can agree with your post but would like to speak out about the use of the word "hate."  Simply, give me an effing break.  This country was founded on the sacrosanct concept of dissent.  Dissent, from any direction, is not "hate."  Try to research where the use of "hate" veered from its actual meaning.  Then look in the mirror for the reflection of using the word in the perverted sense.

I agree we should be wary of what we post on the internet and how we use our credit cards, but the issue is should we try and expose what are unacceptable practices and at least curb, if not criminalize stealing of people's personal material?

Stealing or selling it?

Of the current idiot in the big house? Very much so

C'mon man!  Dissent is not hate.  Disdain is not hate.  Disapproval is not hate.  Lack of respect for one who does not deserve respect is not hate.  Even calling someone an idiot is not hate.

Which reminds me---"Look.  The only national emergency is that the president is an idiot."  Ann Coulter

Ok @oldtimer you got me, I'm not a hateful person at all. Lets just say he's an idiot as I suspect most folks believe "even the folks that voted party line most likely believe he's an idiot.

So I had this thought today about all the "Send your DNA to us websites for family genealogy "

If you personally don't do this but a brother, sister, daughter, son, Mom or Dad do then you are in it.

I know and have read, law enforcement is using this to close cold cases, which is awesome.

What happens when an insurance company is deciding to allow coverage based on DNA results that you personally did not provide??

Whatever , if you're not worth recognizing, consideration and contempt for them what the hell is hate ??  Check the definition...

Hate is an intention of wishing or even causing ill.  Hate is an expression of destruction of the person, not just of a person's reputation.

I love it when politicians, Dems and Repubs and media all "dislike" the President. That means he messed up their corrupt scam and they're really pissed. When they and the media all loved the President it went to hell, imo.... Don't think so....that's fine GO VOTE and KEEP it off the FORUM !
