I asked the same question last year and was informed it's mostly to keep the non registered(NO PAY DA FEE) out.

We will be giving away a pair of Forte IIIs as the grand prize at Pilgrimage this year. Each adult over 18 years of age will be given one chance to win with your paid registration fee. Additional tickets may be purchased for $5 each!!!  You must attend to be eligible to win!!!!

I never saw this before I saw the FB announcement, and fear this may be lost in the forum.  I would recommend creating a separate thread on this for more visibility.

I paid the fee and didn't plan on attending. If I donate the money again this year, can I get a picture of the little orphan cabinet maker who I am sponsoring?

I see the resemblance immediately. Semi-tall, dark skin, extremely high IQ. Good dresser and extremely smooth with the ladies. Fishes and drinks Heineken on frequent intervals. Jim, I can't thank you enough for finding my long lost boy!

Please bring him around so we can get mend the previous damage over a barrel of beer

TY

Unfortunately, he only talks in brief labored sentences due to years of refusing to wear ear protection on the Heresy sanding station, and then overnight maintenance duty in the anechoic chamber where he apparently thought he heard voices.....years of intense counseling have done little to mitigate these physical and psychological issues, although a prescription for prolonged fishing sessions has seemed to lessen the voices and visions......but not entirely.....
