T2K 1328 Posted February 26, 2018 You need to spend more time outdoors in the sun. An outdoor hobby, say fishing, would provide more vitamin D and help your bonehead absorb more calcium. One precaution worth noting, too much time in the sun tends to make your rod stiffer which is a good indicator that you should spend a little time indoors. You are welcome. And Happy Birthday.
