Gurba
I can't for the life of me get the speakers to work with windows 10. I get USB error message when I plug them in. In have tried multiple USB ports and four PC's to no avail. Any suggestions out there? Edit: I have tried USB 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1. Gurba
Has noone tried these speakers with a computer?
Ceptorman
We usually start with the obvious. They are powered, did you plug them into a 110v outlet, you sure that outlet is hot? They have an on/off switch also, is it on? Can you tell if the amp in the back of the speakers is turning on, anything light up? Other than that, it's probably a wifi connectivity issue from your computer. These are pretty new, you might need to contact Klipsch customer service. Gurba
Thanks for helping. The speakers actually work fine with all inputs beside the USB. I have sent them to a service shop and they couldn't make USB work either. They have contacted Klipsch for a replacement amp unit but I fear that will take a long time. Gurba
The amp is not available for replacement. The shop is working on getting me a replacement speaker.

Gurba
I never got a new speaker so I returned the one I had and am waiting for a refund. Just as well I guess since I belive they are seriously under powered. Not necessarily in wattage but the power supply.
