The file that downloads from the website is a zip file. 

You will need to unzip the file and copy the .hex file to the flash drive only. 

The flash drive must be formatted in FAT32. 

I did this and it worked for me.

Wow. Way to go Klipsch - so user friendly!

 

I’ve been using the Bose SoundLink III for the last two years. Plug and play - and it sounds great.
