SiliconTi
Not mine. I am tempted to pick these up, but with La Scalas and Cornwalls, what the heck would I do with them? Seems a pit pricey to me as well. https://maine.craigslist.org/ele/d/klipsch-heresy-horn-loaded/6522548757.html
Frzninvt
Especially with holes drilled in the top as well. Price is not too far off but $300 - $350 would be more realistic as they will need refinishing.
SiliconTi
Hmm, missed the holes. I'll ask to see if that is what they are or if they are part of the grain.
SiliconTi
From the seller: "Yes, for brackets. They were suspended with security cables as well." Dang. I hate holes - especially on these as re-veneering will be tricky.
Frzninvt
They can be filled and sanded easily since the speakers are only raw birch, no veneer. I had some Heresy Deocrators that had the corners chewed by the guy's dog and my woodworking friend reformed them.
DizRotus
For posterity after listing is deleted.

Easy fix, with or without filler Take off the back - get a sharp knife and shave off a sliver of the Birch Use this to fill the holes instead of filler (remember to orient the grain carefully) Sand them (they need it anyway) and apply a proper finish You'll never know they were there OR Just use Famowood natural filler (which is wood based and takes stain better than anything I've used) but you will see the little perfectly round fills if you go light and don't seal first Either way, not a deal breaker Especially as the woofers are so clean and the date code indicates they are '74s so the horns should be metal Craig
