Item is SOLD

For sale is a lovely Pioneer SX-1250 receiver.  Great shape, a few tiny nicks here and there, but as you can see in the photos, it looks great.  Solid oak cabinet that is beautiful.  This is one of the most highly regarded and collectible receivers ever made.  A spectacular 160 watts.  Tone controls are fantastic.  Supports multiple pairs of speakers.  Sound quality is simply awesome.  I have had this hooked up at different times to LSI splits, Khorns, Chorus IIs, La Scala, Heresys, HIPs.

Specs available here:

I bought one brand spanking new when I was 16. I worked all summer at the local tomato packing sheds and bought it at a regional department store named Sam Soloman's (later became Service Merchandising). I have regretted selling it ever since. If I could get it in my hands by some means other than FedEx or UPS I would have a problem...
