I am not currently interested in Whole Home, so I have only these 2 options today. Please chime in at will though. I will be purchasing either shortly for my main system (listed below)

The Furman is the better brand, higher cost, available at a savings of $173.29 over retail. Has longer durability without being MOV self sacrificial. 4 high current outlets. 15amp in/out

The APC is the more publicly know unit, lower cost, but still at a retail price. Good joule rating, but lower overall durability. Has automatic voltage correction in 3 settings. 2 high current outlets. 12amp in/out. Possibly 3 amps are reserved for A.V.R. reserve?
