Emile
Not sure if you can "glue" this.Wait for "more knowledgeable" people to respond. I would just replace it ... /www.ebay.com/itm/Klipsch-KG4-12-Passive-Radiator-/132622565743?_trksid=p2349526.m4383.l4275.c4#viTabs_0 Cheers, Emile

Marvel
You can fix it until you can get a replacement. You may not NEED one after this. Remove the passive from the cabinet. From the back side, use some Weldbond adhesive. It dries flexible and clear. Thin with a small amount of water and brush on the back side and place some strong tissue (cigarette paper will do, or a piece of wrapping tissue). Brush on that so it sticks. Let dry and repeat a few times. Should take more than an hour or so. I did some JBL rubber surrounds in a afternoon. Did a coat and went to do other things.. did a coat... They are still rocking after ten years. You can also put a few coats on the front side to fill the gaps. Then go over the whole surround to help it keep from splitting more. All it will take is a few dollars and a small brush (artists paint brush). https://www.walmart.com/ip/Weldbond-Universal-Adhesive/38755038?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=7122&adid=22222222227026744185&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=52593689831&wl4=aud-450464696613:pla-84474483911&wl5=1015359&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=115781685&wl11=online&wl12=38755038&wl13=&veh=sem Bruce
pzannucci
A good rubber adhesive coated from the back, similar to Bicycle tire tube glue should meld it together. Many other glues won't adhere.
