Klipsch Heritage is clearly alive.  Why would these dealers spend their money and time investing in their valued floor space to have them around?  I would hazard that the new models have something to offer over their 30+ year old counterparts.

The La Scala II is a definite upgrade over the original model, in both sound and looks.

No dealers within 100 miles of NYC, closest is outside of Philly.

Geeezzz!  I hope that changes soon.  NYC was known for several facilities that used Klipschorns, e.g. Mancuso's The Loft.  The incredible impact of Klipschorns (and McIntosh & Mark Levinson electronics, I think) enlivened his all night parties.  Others opened other venues, often with Khorns.  Some cropped up in London.

I have passed this astute observation on to the home office in Indiana.

Totally agree with all of that too...  Today isn't yesterday anymore...  Crazy market out there and trying to keep everyone happy?  Ugh...  HOW?  lol

So how do you explain Axpona shows in Chicago? Any dealer would do well there with Heritage vs. the overpriced GARBAGE that is the norm there, with a few exceptions, of course.

Is there any dealer in Southern California that offers risk free home audition?  I want to try out Heresy IIIs to see how they stack up against my Heresy Is.

Try upscale audio. I don't know about risk fee..... Many a hifI dealer will nto do so anymore unless they have a demo pair on hand perhaps.

I'm posting here because I'm at a loss. I'm seriously interested in becoming a Heritage dealer in the Phoenix metropolitan area as well as carrying the Reference line, what I consider to be the best secret and best value in high end audio. There are no certified Heritage dealers in AZ and the regular lines are carried by what I would call appliance stores; no clue how to properly demo the reference or even home theater lines although I'm sure they move a lot of boxes. I have called corporate several times over the last couple weeks and have been courteously routed to several answering machines but sadly resulting in no returned calls. I am prepared to make a serious commitment to Klipsch (I'd like to make Klipsch speakers the center point of my product lines and I'm associated with some very fine gear) and feel I could very well be one of your more qualified dealers. I would appreciate any help or suggestions the moderators could offer. Thank you.

For the people who haven't seen this elsewhere... new showroom going up here in Paducah.  On display and working will be every Heritage speaker, Jubilee, RF-7III, KI-396-SMA-II, and Reference Premier, with Cyrus, Parasound, Xilica, EAT, Crown, Cary, Marantz, Bluesound, and other electronics.  They are pretty spread out and in various rooms, not just a line of them like most old school stores.  Been moving stuff as hard as I can for two weeks straight, this mess takes time especially since it's mostly just me doing it with help from Steven and my family.  It's 4,000 square feet, former art gallery designed by artist Paul Lorenz who is featured in New York's Rockefeller Center, that's who made the big paintings and is why that one space has a bunch of splatter on the wall, that was overspray from making his art.  This is basically going to be what I call a hi-fi hotel, the upstairs is being set up as a VRBO, you'll be able to rent it out and listen as long as you want, then crash for the night.  Anyway, I'm proud of it.  Nothing is perfect and I realize I'm partial but this should still be one of the best Heritage showrooms out there when I get done with it.

WOW! This is like a dream!

My only complaint - that kitchen needs a few more windows. 😄
