Emile
Had my first chicken wings in Taiwan, probably 40 years ago. "There," they were considered a delicacy ... 40 years ago in the US they were ground up for pig food. Oh well; "marketing prevails" and now they are 50 cents to $1 a piece. But; need a bone in it ... who knows what is in the "boneless" wings

Dave Reminds me of the fried rubber bands that are sold in the south as fried clam strips. Arrrggghh Ate across the street from Plymouth Rock and had the real deal just twice. They do clams right up in Boston!
