refund or replacement

7-2-2018 . i purchased a klipsch r-115sw na about 13 months ago . after careful review studying many other companies and subwoofers  after 2 years i finally decided to purchase theirs .not only for the low hz , the high spl , the quality and most important of all was the excellent warranty . i have had issues with it working sometimes and not at all on others . i started reading reviews and found out from many other sources the power amp has flaws . i tried writing the company . after a month with no response i finally received an email stating respond to a certain case number i no longer have . i tried sending more emails asking how and where to respond to something i do not have .they finally said because i did not purchase it directly through them they will not give me a refund .i purchased their subwoofer through one of their large distributors . i bought it at a fairly good price but after paying for delivery , setup and taxes it cost me more than it was worth . i am disabled and took me 2 years to save for it . now since they will not refund my money or send me a proper unit i have to send it back to them .probably having to re box it and ship it at more of my expense to receive a proper working unit that i paid more than enough for to begin with . i expected much more from this company than what i have received . as i have said i had to pay extra to have it delivered and set up because of my disability .now evidently they expect me to box it move it and send it on my own at my expense again .i planned on purchasing many more products from klipsch but that has certainly been put on hold . if you plan on purchasing a klipsch product you should read the fine print of their warranty . in my opinion you should look for a company that fulfills everything you need instead of relying on internet reviews that are probably paid for by klipsch . thank you
